The Space
An invitation to discover the local products of Pico.
In the reception area of the development, on the highest level of the site, there are two gastronomic spaces designed as a fusion of concepts: culinary innovation with regional products and their tasting with a view of the landscape.
This flexible space hosts culinary workshops, tasting activities, and other experiences that complement the tourism offerings, always with local products at the center.

Restoration
Two dining spaces that celebrate local produce, from citrus fruits and bananas grown on the land to artisanal cheeses produced on the property, accompanied by wines from Pico.

Cheese factory
A space dedicated to the production and sale of artisanal cheese. Visitors can watch the production process and purchase products directly from the producer.

Workshops
The space is prepared to host culinary workshops, tasting sessions, and educational activities related to gastronomy and traditional Azorean products.
